What We Collect

When you use LP Search Engine, we collect:

• Account information: Your email address and name (from Google sign-in)
• Email and calendar data: Read-only access to your Gmail and Google Calendar to track LP communications and meetings (you grant this permission explicitly)
• CRM data: Data from your connected CRM to enrich LP profiles
• Third-party data: LP data you've purchased or sourced that you choose to integrate
• Usage data: Pages visited, searches performed, and features used to improve the product
• Data you upload: LP contact lists, call transcripts, and notes you choose to import

How We Use Your Data

• Display LP contact information and relationship history
• Track email communications and meetings with LPs to surface insights
• Power AI features like call transcript analysis, chat, and intel detection
• Improve the product based on usage patterns

Email & Calendar Access

When you sign in with Google, you grant us read-only access to your Gmail and Google Calendar. This means:

• We can read your emails to match them with LP contacts
• We can read your calendar events to track LP meetings
• We cannot send, delete, or modify your emails or calendar events
• You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions

Data Sharing

We do not sell your raw data to third parties. However, we may use data generated through your use of the platform to train and improve AI models, and those models may be made available to other customers or third parties as part of our products and services. No raw user data is shared with other customers through this process. Your information may also be shared with:

• Your organization: Team members at your company can see shared LP data
• Your CRM: When you approve, we write insights and data back to your connected CRM
• AI processing: Text and related content are processed by our AI systems — and, where applicable, by third-party providers — to deliver chat, analysis, and other AI-powered features
• Infrastructure: Hosting and database services necessary to run the platform

Data Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted in transit)
• OAuth tokens stored securely with automatic refresh
• Access restricted to authorized users within your organization

Data Retention

We retain your Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your Customer Data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (such as for tax or compliance purposes).

• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
• Customer Data that has been used to train AI models prior to a deletion request cannot be individually extracted from those models. We will delete or de-identify your underlying data in accordance with this policy, but trained models may continue to reflect generalized patterns learned from your data to the extent removal is not technically feasible.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data
• Revoke email access at any time
